Ice Cave In Iceland ehf kt. 621019-2360 reserves the right to cancel orders (for example due to incorrect information), to change prices, or to stop offering products without notice.

Delivery

Only tickets are sold for cave tours. Confirmation of your purchase is sent by email with the tour price and date. This ticket must be brought on the trip along with a valid personal ID (passport or driver’s license).

Deadline & Refund

Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled trip. To cancel, please send an email to icecaveiniceland@gmail.com with a copy of your purchase receipt. If the above conditions are met, a full refund will be issued. For any questions, please contact Ice Cave In Iceland.
